Paying for iPhone storage

I have been paying for iPhone Cloud storage and now I’m getting a notice saying my information is not being backed up. I just paid this fee. Could this be because I have a new iPhone?

Please help.

iPhone 13, iOS 15

You are paying for 50 GB, and you apparently need more than 50GB, so you need to upgrade. The next level is 200 GB for $2.99 a month.

You also posted a credit card transaction to this very public forum, where anyone in the world can see it. I let the hosts know, so they deleted the personally identifiable information (PII) you posted.
