passcode

I've locked myself out of my phone after forgetting my password that I changed a few days ago and it's not letting me use facial recognition so I looked up how to reset it and when i try to download itunes to reset and restore everything (i think? idk i haven't gotten that far) a blank page comes up saying "Not Available for bots to index"

I guess my question is, if i take it to a store, can my password be removed so i can reset it?
