Trying to reset Facebook password and I need to find the app password. Settings only gives web page password.

FWIW. I just double-checked on my iPhone and the only passwords that are there in Settings are the ones for websites ... not for any of my apps. Then again, most iPhone apps are accessing their respective web sites for access.
On the other hand, I can see app passwords in the Keychain on my Macs.
By "app password" are you referring to the password that Facebook provided you as part of two-factor authentication for your Facebook user account? ... or something else? For the latter, the support article you arrived here from should provide you with the steps needed to try to resolve this issue. For the former, you would need to contact Facebook support for assistance.
Sorry I wasn’t very clear. All the apps on my iPhone that use a password are not the same as what is in the Password area of Settings. So if I change it on the web page I have to change the app password. My question is how can I see the app password.
