Not if you still have the old phone and it still works normally. In that case you could use Quick Start to transfer data -> Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you don’t have the old phone, or it no longer works, and you don’t have a backup then there is no way to transfer your previous phone’s data to your new one.
