The App Store makes me go and review my Apple profile

When I go to try to download any apps the App Store makes me go and review my apple profile because I’ve never used my iTunes before but it just keeps making me sign it it won’t let me download anything all my information is right

Typically, Apple asks you to do this when your payment and shipping information is incomplete or out of date. Perhaps you haven’t listed a shipping address? To review information over the web go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and sign-in. Look through the tabs and verify everything is correct. If that doesn't work, You should sign out of your Apple ID through the iCloud settings on your device. You shouldn’t lose any data by doing so, but be sure to make a backup of your device before you start, just in case. You may need to back up to a computer if you can’t use iCloud. Make sure to re-sign in. If not, your Apple ID could be locked for security reasons. Apple locks or disables your Apple ID account as a security precaution. Usually, when someone enters the wrong password too many times in a row. If you haven't changed your password in a while, it might help to reset your password and then restart the device. You can reset the password from here. https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid
