After update to IOS 15.5 or even on IOS 15 itself. The safari QR Code scan from the front camera has drastically affected. The sensitivity is not there, need to pose and keep the QR code moving at different angle and position.
Have tried the Safari GPU settings to disabled mode, clear browser cache, force restarting phone.
Tested on other iPad / iPhone with IOS 14, it works perfectly fine.
Any resolution please?

Seeing a few cases of this, it is definitely an iOS issue. So, report it to Apple:
Do your Part: Being suspicious of a bug, most certainly this bug to Apple. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what bugs are occurring and what needs to be fixed.

Why are you using Safari? Use the Photos app, instead?
