I broke my other iPhone and I can’t get back in too my other Icloud account

It depends what credentials you have in records for the Apple ID account , if you remember Apple ID ( just read the article If you forgot your Apple ID email address or phone number - Apple Support ) and password is forgotten If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

Reset your Apple ID password on the web

If you don't have a trusted device, you can reset your password on the web—but the process might take a little longer.

When possible, the web process redirects you to a trusted device. If you'll have access to one of your trusted devices soon, it might be faster and easier to reset your password then.

Reset your password at iforgot.apple.com

Note : when account is set with secondary authentication , the correct answers for respective questions , date of birth is required in upcoming steps , the password can be reset using rescue mail address and its password that was added in the account .

open your rescue mail with web browser ( server account ) , open mail > click on reset password > two fields will be shown .

( a ) new password …..

( b ) verify password ….

Enter the credentials , and click on reset password , the password is changed .

( a ) if you lose answers for Apple ID provide credit card details that was added in the account .

( b ) if you have lost Apple ID password provide invoice copy of Mac to apple support advisors .

( c ) Contact apple support Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support , they will send a link on mail account , click on link after 24 hours to reset apple id password , however the link is valid for additional 3 hours .

( d ) Support pin is used by apple support advisors to verify the account when you know apple id password Generate a temporary Support PIN - Apple Support

How exactly did you break it?

• Are you Locked Out of iCloud? If so, contact Apple Support, requesting that they unlock it for you.
• Is there Physical Damage? If so, you'd need to get this iPhone serviced, replacing the hardware.

Once all is set, then perform the export.
