System Data WhatsApp
Hello everyone, I have a similar problem. I hope you can help me, because I already have 1 month with this.
Restore my iphone 13 pro Max 1Tb. Install all apps and all good. But at the time of installing the WhatsApp backup (120Gb) The system data increases enormously (Up to 1tb). It leaves me with no space to install the space and unable to use it.
I already restored 4 times, in all possible ways.
I've already been on several calls with Apple and they can't give me a solution.
In fact, I already tried to install the backup on another iphone to check if the problem was my device and NOT. also happens in the new iphone.
I know the problem is with WhatsApp Backup but I don't want to lose it as it is really important to me.
If anyone has a solution I would really appreciate it, thank you very much.
