sir yesterday I purchased a membership of PUBGM but yet not received just take my payment from my credit card but give me message on PUBG mobile you’re not purchased any Membership
why???

You need to use your card to add funds to your Apple ID.
In India, you cannot use a Credit / Debit Card though App Store for any purchase or Subscription.
