Apple Watch users - How do you get the Apple Watch 7 to vibrate when you reach the goal you set in the pool swim feature?

No this isn’t the solution, my hepatic is on prominent, volume on high. When I set a goal for distance or time in the pool swim feature of workouts it does not vibrate when I reach the st goal. If I stop after passing the goal the display says I’ve reached my goal but no vibration.
