My left air pod pro won’t work but it still charges though, What steps do I need to take to get it back working

Try to reset the AirPods, as described in this article:

How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support

If this does not work, your left AirPod might have to be replaced:

Replace your AirPods or charging case
