Apple Watch Apps in Family setup

My son has an Apple Watch but no phone. Some of the basic apps are not showing up on his watch i.e. calendar and calculator. Shouldn’t he have access to all the pre-installed apps that are always on iPhone?

His location isn’t showing up in the “Find My” app on our phones.

Lastly, his Watch is setup in my husband’s Watch app, but I need to have access to it as well through my phone. Is that possible?

if setup with your husbands watch app then it would be operating under his appleID

the watches are not stand-alone devices really they are paired with an iphone and the appleID set on said iphone
