You cannot. As explained in the support document you posted from, Apple Fitness is only available for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.
There is no version for Mac. You can provide Apple Feedback about it, and if enough people do the same they may decide to add the App to Mac. Link-> Feedback - Apple Fitness Plus - Apple
