iPhone 13 Mini Camera Quality

Is anyone else having issues with getting crisp images with the iPhone 13 Mini? I upgraded from the XR, specifically for an upgraded camera, but the quality is so poor. Especially in lower light.

I shoot regularly on a DSLR so I'm aware of Aperture, ISO, & Shutter speeds. I notice if there is movement in the shot, it becomes blurry, assuming it's from shutter speed, but I don't know how/if I can adjust on iPhone for that.

It's also not just the motion in images, darker/shadows have terrible noise that is more apparent after you import into an editing software like Lightroom/Photoshop.

Does anyone have answers? Or did Apple just produce a poor camera with no ability to fully control the settings to get the shots you'd like?

Thanks!
