Help! I just updated my Icloud storage to 2 TB and got an email that it went through. Under settings, I did the icloud backup twice! However, my photos aren't backed up to the cloud. I have 1575 photos,163 videos

How do you know your photos isn't backed up? It is part of the icloud backup What does iCloud back up? - Apple Support .

IF you're going to icloud.com to view it, it only when you sync photos to the cloud as outlined here Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support .
