iPhone iCloud
Hi,
my mum and dad share the same iCloud and apple id. However, all of a sudden my mum keeps getting calls that are from my dads contacts. Is there a specific reason this is happening? As this did not happen before.

The reason is they are sharing an Apple ID. Apple IDs are personal and should not be shared for any reason.
Sharing an Apple ID means everything is connected and will be shared including calls and messages.
If this just started happening, its possible someone turned on "Calls on Other Devices" under Settings->Phone on your father's iPhone. You can turn it off, but that is just a bandaid. They should each have their own Apple ID to maintain calls, messages, m contacts, photos, music etc.. separate and all mixed up.
