downloading apps
so basically i just logged into a new icloud and i wanted to download yubo and it shows me this and when i log in it disappears to a grey screen then goes back to tht screen no matter how many times i log in any help?

Choose Account in the Music Quick Links on the right side of the store window
Sign in to your Apple ID
Add a payment method to your account details
On an iOS device;
Open the Settings app
Chose your Apple ID
Choose Payment & Shipping
Add a payment method to your account details
