Since I don’t have subscription on this Mobil number, why I am not able to remove the credit card? Not: I have 2 mobile different number but same email

How to update my subscriptions?? My virtual Apple Card number was compromised. Apple gave me a new number. Now the subscriptions that were attached to the old number are being declined. Trying to figure out which subscriptions and how to “update” to my new virtual number is impossible. There is NO OPTION to update my payment info on Apple subscriptions. Is the only option to CANCEL and re-renter ALL of them?? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

The account is tied to the email address, not the phone number.
