My phone is unresponsive. I can't shut it, it rings and screen is black - i can't see who is calling, I tap on apps and they don't open. I ask SIRI to open settings and it can't. Tried the volume button trick and nothing works
You should therefore arrange a repair . Hopefully its only the screen. You will need to restore from your last backup.
