So most games on the Apple Watch say that they can’t be directly downloaded from the Apple Watch but when l looked up how to do it say to download apps from the phone but it’s family shared Apple Watch so it’s not my Apple ID any help?

Apple Watch cannot be "family shared". It has to be connected to a single Apple ID. If it was set up with Family Setup (that is, the owner doesn't own an iPhone), see here - Set up Apple Watch for a family member - Apple Support
