IPhone Apple Care + billing

A few years ago I bought my wife an iPhone 11 with Apple Care that I paid for from my Apple Card. I have paid that $7.99 since the purchase, but suddenly two days ago she is being charged the same $7.99 to her account as well. How do I stop that?
