What do I do if I tried to many times and phone is disabled

I tried to many times on a password and disabled the phone

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15

The only way to reset it is to restore it. See directions in -> If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support


After you restore it and get back in, you can restore again, this time restoring your iCloud or iTunes backup to put your data back.
