Do Not Disturb Appearing When it isn’t on

Hello,

For the past few days, my Mom has been texting me, but seeing that I am on Do Not Disturb, when I’m not and don’t have it set on any other devices (I only use my phone). We’ve tried restarting our phones, deleting texts, deleting contacts, and nothing has worked yet. I’ve also turned off Focus and toggled do not disturb on my end. No one else I know is having this issue with my name/number. Is there any resolution to this so she sees that I’m available? Thank you.
