I’m trying to transfer old data from old 11pro max to my iPhone 12 but the ok’d phone the screen is damaged so I can’t get to anything on the 11

Did you backup your "old 11pro max?" If so, depending upon the backup method, Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup.
