Is Apple Sport Loop watchband washable?

"For Solo Loop, Sport Band and Nike Sport Band:

1. Wipe the band clean with a non-abrasive, lint-free cloth.
2. If necessary, lightly dampen the cloth with fresh water.
3. With these bands, you can also use mild hypoallergenic hand soap for cleaning.
4. Dry the band with a non-abrasive, lint-free cloth before you attach it to your Apple Watch."

I washed mine after every workout session and air dry them. So far it’s still working fine. There are others on the internet who also washes their sport loop bands so I assume it is washable.
