I airdropped a photo from my girlfriend’s phone onto mine and the original has been deleted off her phone. How can I find out the date and time the photo was taken (not the time it was airdropped), if even possible?

Using iCloud Photos on a Computer:

If she gave you permission for this, then transfer it to your computer through use of iCloud Photos. Upload it to that site, then then, on you computer, visit the site > download it to the desktop> right-click on it > and then select "Get Info".
