I’m new to IPhones this is my 1st. I purchased 2 ringtones in “Tunes”. I selected 1 for my default and 1 for a contact. Neither ringtone downloaded. I checked my bank and both have appear on my account. I checked my apple account on my phone and it shows them as pending. How long is the process to receive a ringtone with Apple? With my android phone Verizon immediately downloaded ringtones as you made the purchase.

It sounds like the ringtone purchase didn't complete, or show as complete for some reason. Are they still showing as pending? If not, and they still aren't downloading to your device, let's try the steps to redownload them we've provided below. This will ensure that if the purchase did go through as it should have, they are downloaded.
Get ringtones, text tones, and alert tones in the iTunes Store on iPhone
If for some reason the purchase is still showing as pending, but you have been charges, please contact Apple Support so they can look into the issue further for you.
