Game developer avoiding posting Probability for loot boxes by making it an 'event'.
Loot boxes Probability chances must be posted. But what happens if the loot boxes is an 'event' and the only real way to get tickets for the event is spending money on another ($100) loot box (30 tickets)? There is a caveat, there you can get 1 ticket with semi-premium in-game currency, but the price of the in-game currency makes it unlikely it'll every be used in a significant way.
This developer has been bad at keeping up-to date with posting the Probability charts in the past, and players were able to show that some charts were incorrect. I feel like this upcoming event is just a way to bypass this restriction. If it's an event, no need to post it... Even if the event is cash only.
Can I report this? Is this something to even report? How does one report this and what do I show as proof? Lack of a chart?
