Missing Cycle Predictions

I have abandoned other cycle tracking apps to give Apple's Cycle Tracking app a good go but I am struggling.

The prediction calendar is definitely not updating automatically.

Notifications seems to have good timing but they are certainly not in sync with the prediction calendar displayed.

Additionally, after the three months of initial predictions have ended, the Predictions have now completely disappeared from the app.

Things I tried:

Reset the phone
Turn all the options off, reset the phone, enable them again

iPhone XS, iOS 15

Thank you for all your suggestions and taking your time. Unfortunately, the options suggested (Period Predictions, Period Notifications etc) is all enabled. Predictions, however, are not available whether that’s iOS or watchOS.

You have the following options.

On your iPhone, open the Health app and tap the Browse tab. Tap Cycle Tracking. Scroll down and tap Options. Select Period Prediction and Period Notification.
