Shared Albums

Hello, I am confused about the shared albums uploading limit. It states, from my understanding, the ability to upload a maximum of 1000 photos/hour and 10,000/day. I created an album to share approx. 570 photos and 15-20 videos all less than 1 minute in length at 4K resolution. I am watching in real time as the # of photos/videos drop in real time (now down to 450 photos and 1 video). I am not sure what is causing this. Any help would be appreciated!
