When a Internert cable wire pluged into the Macbook, the HomePod Couldn't connect. When cable unpluged, the HomePod can be connected Manually.
I need HomePod connected when the Internet wire cable is on.

You would normally configure your router such that wireless clients such as your HomePods can connect to any devices on the local wired network too. Make sure that your wireless network isn't set up for client isolation or wireless security, or as a guest network.

You cannot set up the HomePod without access to Wi-Fi and the Internet. Once configured it is possible to AirPlay from an iOS device to HomePod over an ad hoc connection that doesn't need an additional Wi-Fi access point. See the Change AirPlay settings section of Change settings for HomePod - Apple Support. Using Everyone, probably with Require Passcode, should do the trick. Whether or not your Mac will attempt to use the Wi-Fi connection when it has a wired connection is another matter.

You’re trying to use a Mac as a very expensive and awkward IP network router. That doesn’t always work all that well, as you have discovered. Usual is connecting to a Wi-Fi router, and from there to other devices including HomePod.
