How to resume my conversation with Apple support?
I spoke to tech Rachael, have questions about first Apple ID that was locked and ungodly stuff was on my iPad mini and was making sure that there was not a hack.

You can call Support again, but there isn't a way to ensure you will get the same Support person. If you were given a case number, tell whoever you talk to the case number so they can look up the details of the previous conversation.
