Hi people, how can I get rid of these annoying safari icons every time I press the safari button on start up of my iPad. I keep getting small safari search boxes

Have you tapped the double boxes at the top right hand side of Safari?

Hi, thankyou but unfortunately that doesn’t address the issue. These boxes appear (7) in total on start up and disappear when 1 is touched I’ve uploaded an example .
