New Apple Watch SE stuck on the ICloud Terms and Conditions screen during Family Member set-up. Setting up the Watch for my mother using my IPhone SE 3 with current iOS (15.5). Multiple re-attempts but no luck. Saw others with the same problem on a different question thread that died. Please help.

Restarted and reset the watch to factory settings but same issue. Called Apple Support and they instructed me to log into my mother's Apple account on my iPhone (in Settings, log out of my account, and log in using her UN & PW), then proceed with the Watch set-up. This allowed me to Accept the i-Cloud Terms and Conditions for her on my iPhone and continue with the Watch set-up. But, the watch IS NOT set-up the way we hoped. The Watch settings show it linked to my Apple account (it receives my Apple notifications, etc.), it has my contact list (10 years worth), etc. Pretty certain I'll have to contact Apple Support again to figure out how to reconfigure the watch with my mother's Apple account, contacts, etc., etc. Argh.
