I’ve changed iPhones, but my AirTags didn’t transfer. How do I add them?

I’ve changed phones, but my air tags didn’t transfer. How do I add them if they’re not “new” AirTags?

The AirTags are associated with your AppleID ... not w/ any particular device.

Are you using the same AppleID as on your prior phone?

If so, try a full power-off and restart of your new phone.
