I BELIEVE MY ACCOUNT HAS FRAUD ACTIVITY ON IT. I HAVE NOT PURCHASED ANY COINS FOR ANY GAMES OVER THE LAST TWO MONTHS BUT THERE IS RECENT ACTIVITY. I WOULD LIKE TO REMOVE MY CARD AND CANCEL ALL GAMING TO AVOID THIS IN THE FUTURE. I SENT A PREVIOUS EMAIL TO YOU BUT NO RESPONSE.

You don't need to type in all caps, it's considered shouting on the internet. Also, don't know who you sent an email to, but this is a user to user only forum. You are not speaking with Apple here. Just other users.
You can remove your payment method in the App Store, but if you remove it and don't put another payment method in its place, you won't be able to download apps from the App Store.
You say your card has fraud activity? What did your credit card issuer say when you brought this to their attention, which most assuredly should have done?
