My I phone 11 gets overheat while charging

When the iPhone overheats, it turns off. The iPhone warms when it is charging and that is normal, but make sure that you are using legitimate MFi (Made For iPhone) charge cables and a charger from a reputable manufacturer. And oh, the ambient temperature also contributes.


When the devices gets too warm, it is recommend that you turn it off and stop charging for a few minutes to cool it down. Keeping it warm whilst charging for long periods destroys the battery.
