Setting up iPhone 13
iphone asks for my billing zip code. When I enter it, the screen will not give me the “next” or “continue” prompt to go further into the set up process. It just sits in the zip code screen.

Log in to https://appleid.apple.com with your Apple ID credentials.
Scroll Down to the Payment and Shipping Section
Tap on Edit
You will be given both Billing and Shipping Addresses to edit.
