Sorry, it is not possible.

iOS 10.3.4 is the latest iOS version for iPhone 5c, can’t be update to a higher iOS.

Oh yes, most apps require iOS 14 or later.

An iPhone 5c isn't capable of 11 or above. You'll need at least an iPhone 6s for 15, and an iPhone 8 for 16 when it comes out.
