Payment method failed

This is a user forum, you are not addressing apple here  just  fellow users

if it was me then I would read If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

you can try contacting apple Support ->  Get Support (apple.com)

First of all don't ever share personal information on a public forums like these.

Second

Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there
