No matter what kids video I select from the Apple Music app on my Apple TV, the Encanto Family Reunion starts playing! Have tried restarting, unplugging Apple TV, downloading software updates—all the basic stuff. How do I fix this?

Are you able to play music or content from other apps without an issue? Have you tried signing out of your Apple ID and back in on the Apple TV? Try to disconnect and reconnect to the servers may help. You can learn how here: Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac

I can play music or content from any other app and any other category in Apple Music other than Kids & Family videos. I just tried signing out and back in to my iCloud account and it did not resolve the issue.
