The mac address on my wife's MacBook pro disappeared. Now it is no longer able to connect to Wi-Fi.
I've done all of the suggested troubleshooting as of now nothing has worked. Any ideas?

If she has lost the ability to connect to your local network: System Preferences > Network Pick out your network name and supply the password. That will allow connection to your ISP.

What do you mean by "Mac address"? The network she's been using; the name of the network plus her password?
Or are you talking about the MAC address ... Media Access Control address?
