if I started group chat why can’t I add another recipient to the group chat it’s not giving me that option. There two ppl sitting next to me With the features and I don’t have it

If you are in a Group Message that contains any non-iPhone devices, then you will not be able to add additional users. Add and remove people in group text messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
