Messages aren’t sending to non-iPhone users.

i have and iPhone 7, for the past few days my messages haven’t been sending to non- apple users. It’s really frustrating. All of my settings are normal according to the internet… I’ve tried everything I can find but nothing has worked, if you have any tips that would be great. Thank you!
