I need to remove my App Store credit
I want to change my region but have some small money on count. I can not buy something on it and change region too. I don`t need them. How can we fire them?)

To remove your store credit you must either spend it, or contact iTunes support and ask them to remove it. Any credit balance must be spent or removed before you can change the iTunes Store country or region
