Howdy Henry2250,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities.

Check out the steps below to see if this helps to locate your previously purchased audiobooks, and you can locate additional steps here: Redownload books and audiobooks - Apple Support

How to redownload audiobooks on iTunes for Windows

1. Open iTunes.

2. From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > Purchased.
If you use Family Sharing, you'll see Family Purchases instead of Purchased.

3. Choose Audiobooks from the menu of the iTunes window.

4. Find the audiobook that you want to redownload.

If you use Family Sharing, you can choose a family member's name next to Purchased to see their purchases.

5. Click the Download button Download button for the audiobook. Don't see the item that you purchased?

If those are the same steps, check if there's an option to adjust the timeframe to show your past purchases. Should this not be an option or help, take a look at this resource instead: If there's an issue when you redownload apps, movies, or other content from Apple - Apple Support

We hope that's able to help. If not, Contact Apple Support directly to look into this with you.

Cheers!
