How can I recover a deleted song in iTunes?
on my laptop deleted song in error on Purchsed folder, can I recover that song?

Depending how it was deleted, the audio file would either be right in the folder where it was (even if it no longer has a library entry) or else in the Trash/Recycle. Use Finder (or Windows Explorer) to see if you can find it, and if so, just re-add to the library.
