Video freezes but audio continues on some streamed Apple Music music videos on MBP M1 16

Issue with Apple Music on MBP M1 16 running macOS 12.4.

The video freezes on some (not all music videos):

If it freezes on a certain music video (e.g., Orville Peck's "Let Me Drown (Live in Nashville)", it will consistently freeze on that music video (near the 10 second mark.)
Sometimes the video freezes in the exact same position. When it doesn't, it's usually within the same proximity (+- 5 seconds or so).
The audio does not freeze. It progresses.
If I download the music video, the issue does not occur.
I don't have issues streaming the same video on Apple TV 4K or iPhone 13 Pro Max
