I can't make calls with my iPhone

Why don’t my sound work when I try call or I can’t hear anything and it won’t let me make a call it keep saying call failed

Call yout Carrier and verfiy no issues on their end if no resolve

If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support

Settings>general>reset>reset network settings.

If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data - Apple Support
