App Store and iTunes disabled

My App Store and iTunes has been disabled recently I just got a new bank card and added it to my wallet it worked 1 times for a video game purchase and now it’s saying the credit card is unavailable?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
